Creating Reports Clients Actually Read

The Art of Reporting
Data is useless if it's not communicated effectively. Your clients or stakeholders don't have time to wade through spreadsheets. They want the headline news.
1. Focus on Goals
Align your report with the initial business objectives. If the goal was brand awareness, highlight reach and impressions. If it was sales, focus on clicks and conversions.
2. Visualize the Data
Use charts and graphs to make trends instantly understandable. A line graph showing follower growth is far more impactful than a table of numbers.
3. Add Context
Numbers need narrative. Explain why a spike occurred (e.g., "Viral post on Tuesday") and what you're doing to replicate it. This adds expert value to your report.
